A private household installation that connects authorised Google Nest cameras to a Home Assistant dashboard.

What the integration does

It lets the owner and authorised household users view live camera feeds, device status and camera events in their private Home Assistant installation. This is a personal setup, not a public service or an official Google or Home Assistant website.

Why Google access is requested

Google authorisation allows Home Assistant to access the Nest devices selected during consent. The configured use is camera viewing and event notifications. Relevant data can include device names and identifiers, status, camera events, live streams and available event media.

Private system, public information

This website contains information only. It has no account registration, sign-in form, live feeds or connection to the household server. Authorising the integration does not make the cameras public.
